My name is Cristina Gair, and I'm getting excited for this trip and all it will offer in terms of professional growth and development. I feel fortunate to have this opportunity. I look forward to meeting Rotarians from Southern Australia while sharing about who I am.
I am a Colorado native. I left when I was 10 years old, and I came back 17 years later. I have lived in the mountains of Colorado since 2005. I now reside in Eagle, CO, which is such a great small town near Vail. I spent over five years in Manhattan, the big city, and now I enjoy the simpler life in the outdoors.
I am the Executive Director of The Eagle River Youth Coalition (www.eagleyouth.org), and I love to work with kids and on behalf of young people, who truly are the future. I look forward to finding out more about what's happening for youth in Australia.

Meet Candice
Hello.
My name is Candice and I am one-fifth of the Group Study Exchange (GSE) team traveling to Australia this October and early November. I would like to call this the Autumn, but I realize that this is Australia’s Spring. Our team is lucky to have the chance to enjoy two Springs during 2009!
I live in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado. I am a Vice President of our Rotaract club, the chair of the Grand Valley Young Professionals, and the Community Giving chair for Junior Service League. I enjoy living in the Colorado playground. My husband, Evan, and I enjoy hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and camping. We learned to snowboard this year, which was quite the experience. We also love to travel together.
I am a Certified Financial Planner™ and just three weeks shy of completing my Masters in Personal Financial Planning. I enjoy helping my clients define and reach their financial goals. I look forward to meeting the Rotarians and financial planners of District 9520 and sharing ideas and best practices.
